Exercising on a mini trampoline or rebounder is a great way to stay in shape. Because of the cardiovasular workout as well as helping increase the lung capacity and strength. Exercising on a rebounder is a great way to increase muscle mass and is low impact. If it doesn’t hurt to exercise you will do more of it, which can help with blood circulation as well.
