How often do you skip lunch? Well if it is often then this is not a good sign for your health. Nutritionists say that it is one of the most important meals of the day after breakfast. Mostly it is suggested that having a heavy meal is good for your health then having a heavy dinner. Eating a heavy dinner must be avoided at all costs as the body actually has very little time to digest the food as mostly people go to sleep after dinner.
